Radius Gold, Inc. is a gold exploration company. It engages in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. The firm's projects include Bald Peak, Holly-Banderas, Amalia, Guatemala, Maricela, and Plata Verde.

Holly Project- Guatemala

The Holly property straddles the regional Jocotan Fault which forms part of the Motagua Suture Zone, 400 km long by up to 80 km wide deformation zone that separates the North American and Caribbean plates. At Holly the Jocotan is mineralized and forms a distinct east-west trending ridge separating older metamorphosed sediments to the north and much younger volcanics to the south. Radius has discovered multiple high grade gold and silver occurrences along and crosscutting this portion of the Jocotan and has had success in drilling completed to date.The Holly and Montagua Norte properties are under a joint venture agreement with Volcanic Gold Mines.

Amalia Project

The Amalia Project is located 25 km SW of the historic Guadalupe y Calvo mining district in Chihuahua. Radius geologists discovered high grade epithermal silver-gold mineralization in several veins, vein breccias, and disseminated zones over 3.5 km of strike length and a 750 m vertical interval following the trace of a large regional fault zone. Radius initially acquired the 380 hectare core license and subsequently staked an additional regional license covering multiple target areas that totals 10,250 hectares. In July 2018 Radius entered into an agreement with Pan American Silver Corp. ("Pan American") to drill and explore the project.

Motagua Norte- Guatemala

On September 18, 2023, Radius Gold and Volcanic Gold Mines announced that they modified the Option Agreement signed in 2020 (see Radius News Release September 3, 2020) to include Radius’s Motagua Norte project in exchange for the Banderas project. The work that the Volcanic team has completed to date has demonstrated that Motagua Norte is a high-grade orogenic gold system with compelling drill targets.

Tropico - Mexico

The Tropico Project is located in the Fresnillo mining district in Zacatecas, Mexico. Radius has entered into an option agreement with local claim owners to acquire 100% of the property. The Tropico target is highway accessible and has not been previously drill tested.1 In early November 2023, Radius Gold completed an initial 1300m program of diamond drilling in 8 drillholes, with all pending assays received.

Plata Verde Project- Mexico

• High-grade silver mineralization up to 1070 g/t Ag.

• Large scale historic underground bulk mining operation from 1800's.

• Newly re-discovered by Radius, never explored

• In July 2022 Radius entered into an agreement with Fresnillo plc. to drill and explore the project.
